The first Sea moss I tried and the best! Taste and texture are super mild and smooth, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to have it daily. Some brands are like really hard jelly that's even a difficult to mix into something or have too much of a 'sea' taste. You can see the care and quality with these products and definitely the benefits! Great for strength through the flu season.

It's a great product,, as I usually take Shilajit which also contains alot of the natural minerals!! My only concern was as I only received it before Christmas was the best before date which is 13-01-24 for a 720 ml jar for one person!! There's no way I can finish that jar in that time!! I LOVE THIS. I suffer with hormonal acne. As well as eczema. I was always tired and fatigued. This has changed my life. My hormonal acne is starting to subside.
