Seems to be working in combination with fiber, low FODMAP diet, and Rifaximin.
Need to know about this product in the treatment scheme above. Did not stop this product 2 weeks before H2/methane breath test and results were somewhat surprising. Hydrogen did not reach 10ppm, but methane was high. Symptoms are diarrhea not constipation.
I wonder how SIBO-ease plus played into all this. Also was on it 2x day for over two months.
Off it now for 10 days.
