My chiropractor has me taking this. I have noticed my morning glucose test has been considerably lower after consistently taking it twice a day. I don't know for sure if this is a cause and effect, but it is something I will continue taking. I am not diabetic, but I am having higher than recommended glucose levels. I am testing in the morning as recommended by my doctor. I would give this a 5 star rating if I was sure of the cause and effect.
