They sent a different braid at first and resent the correct quickly, let me keep mistake and we’re quick to resolve mix up. Excellent service. I love my braid! The strawberry blonde matches my hair perfectly. Everyone thinks it's my natural hair! It is a bit shinier than my hair so I toned it down with a bit of dry hair shampoo spray. I'm in Canada and it arrived in two weeks. It does slip back a bit further than I'd like, but I guess that's due to my head shape, but once there it totally stays in place. A big plus is that it's comfortable, no headband headaches!
