This course was very informative and I learned tricks for making assessments and treatments a little quicker and just as effective. The online learning method was easy to manage and the videos were helpful. My patients are already benefitting from the techniques that I have learned. I recommend this course for any physiotherapist that is unable to manipulate or dry needle, or to use in conjunction with those treatment options.

Purchased the Edge Wonder Gun Mini Percussion Massager as a family gift.I did have a chance to try it.I had a larger ,heavier, more expensive, noisier albeit advertised as quiet massager, it vibrate too much that you fatigue quickly when using ,for women, you end up using both hands if the intention is to use it longer and is not travel friendly.Compared to the Mini massager, it is light so you don’t fatigue quickly, can be operated with one hand which I was able to use for longer periods ...

They work very well! They do provide some added cushioning to ease the discomfort in the ball of my foot. I had it on with a pair of sandals and apparently the sandal was rubbing where the tow piece connects and it eventually broke. Perhaps putting the connection piece at the bottom of the toe would help with this

I love the cuffs. Had them for couple of years, the only reason I bought a new pump was I dropped it and it broke, otherwise it held up fine. Best grueling workouts ever with BFR!

Initial results seemed iffy as far as comfort and mobility while using the cuffs. However, when I sent a chat on the Edge website, I got a quick, thorough, and effective response, which has led to me really liking these. I have tried other pumped cuff BFR bands, I would consider more comfortable, but at twice the cost, and not worth the difference. I've also used inexpensive elastic strap kinds that I have liked, but do not get the consistent level of occlusion the Edge cuffs do. I feel good abo...

The tools are good quality and I like using them. I wish the small triangle was a bit bigger to fit in the hand better. Also, I really dislike the holes in the small instrument, I don't like cleaning the rock rub out of them everytime I use it. Small gripes, but the quality is great and my athletes like the results!

Over all, I like the product. The bands can be a bit uncomfortable squatting, but this can be affected by adjusting the cuff pressure (80% AOP might be a bit too high). A wider leg cuff might be preferable. My arm cuff lose pressure over the a set of repetitions (I have to add air between sets), but they are nevertheless effective.

I don't know why BFR is not used more in Physical Therapy. It really does help speed up healing. This kit is well made and works as expected. The only thing I would do differently is to have a more detailed dial on the sphygmomanometer face for more accurate pressure adjustments. Otherwise, excellent kit.

Love BFR bands and the results they produce. They sewing of them creates a space that doesn't allow the cuffs to get fully on the top of the arm or the leg, so I have to pull skin out b4 pumping them up to be sure they get locked into the correct place. The ones that were made from earlier years had less of a hem from where the air pumps up into than the new ones.
