I have a neuroma at the base of my third toe on my left foot. Since i have been wearing the pad all day for a couple of weeks it is resolving and becoming much less painful. I am hopeful that with continued use of the pad it will resolve completely. Only downside of the pad is that it can be a little difficult to get it to lie flat under socks. Other than that, great product!

The suspension trainer was easy to set up, use and take down. It has been a huge help, since all of the gyms are currently closed in my area. It is easy to modify workouts and exercises for those of all abilities.

I purchased both leg and arm cuffs about a month ago. They are easy to put on and fairly comfortable. The pressure gauge can be slightly difficult to clip to the cuff. I'm a cyclist and purchased the Edge System with endurance as opposed to strength and hypertrophy in mind. I'm only doing body weight exercises. I haven't been using the system long enough to determine if there's improvement in endurance. As a cyclist I'd rather not gain size or weight but my arms are already noticeably larg...

My sister is left handed, and her stroke knocked out her left hand. When I tried this with her, helping a little from inside the cube by inserting my hand from the other side, I could feel her trying to do what her right hand was doing. I think with time it will show much greater improvement.

I'm still very much in the experimental stage. The equipment works perfectly. It's easy to put on the pressure cuffs and pump them up. I'm using them for training as a competitive master's cyclist. I have a left/right leg strength imbalance and I'm hoping that they will help me to get that more in balance.

I have osteoarthritis in my knees but am a pro bodybuilder. Heavy squatting for leg growth is no longer an option. These bad boys allow me to lift with less weight but still make growth possible. Definitely recommend. But make sure you have a PT show you how to use.
