Highly recommend these. Used with the felt filter but these catch most of the stuff. I’d buy at least the three pack so you can rinse as you go and not let the felt get cold or rise the syrup will harden.

Working with pure wool felt makes it so easy to add details. I wet a small strip for the mouse tail and added soap then rolled in my hand. Voila... a round tail that looked perfect for the mouse. A little pink Conte and the tail was ready for stitching on to the body.

Bought the kevlar felt skid plates, shipping was fast and the dimensions were spot on. Took the canoe out last weekend and with so many hidden rocks in the kawartha Highlands both skid plates did their job. Also bought the kevlar rolls to patch my dad's canoe, again everything was as expected and the boat is floating again. Thanks guys!

The felt is used to make military hats for various 1800's time periods. The shakos (hats) are mostly used by historic forts, museums, and re-enactors. Tough to stretch but the felt makes a sturdy hat. It is stiffened with white shellac.

I restore antique teddy bears and felt dolls. I colour match 100% wool felt for each of them, (paw pads, mouths, clothing etc…) and then carefully stitch the felt onto the piece. I also sometimes make antique style mohair bears of my own design. Your products are wonderful. Dense, tightly felted fabric that takes dye very well and doesn’t get fuzzy when handled. Perfect for what I do!

The wool felt is wonderful to work with. It cuts cleanly and even tiny fingers on my soft sculpture doll can be hand stitched without fraying. Embroidery in perle cotton shines delicately against the matte finish of the felt. When stuffed with wool roving it molds without stretching. I was able to needle felt alpaca roving onto it for hair on the doll head. A superior felt that I look forward to using for more creative projects.

The fisherman uses the yellow and navy blue felt blend. Just so lovely with which to work…it keeps its shape with cutting and handling, but the felt is soft and pliable. I was looking for felt to cut into pads for my horse's "boots" and your firm felt seemed like a great plan. To purchase pads for these boots is quite expensive (they are typically gel pads and are around $20.00 for 2) I had been using an old felt saddle pad which was about the same depth.
