You know, I really love these spikes. I bought two and came back for a third. I'll probably be picking up a fourth one here in another month. If I could change one thing on them, I'd have put the reel slot on the other side so that the open side of the spike that's in the sand is facing the water for better strength against the tide. I also reglued all the rubber pieces back on with E6000 glue.
