Casting reel works great. I did have an issue at first. I either spoiled the line to tight or loose and was getting line bite causing backlash every cast. I simply let out a couple hundred yards behind the boat and reeled the line back in and this fixed my issue.

We went to the lake and we attached the dry box to the front and it stayed there the whole time over all the waves. We then docked the boat went into the restaurant and took our dry box with us as it had all of our important items. It didn't get in the way of anything as it's stuck on the side of the chair. What a cool box ! I will probably purchase a couple for Christmas presents. Toadfish keeps rockin and I keep buying.

Haven't bought a reel for it yet, but I've taken it out of the tube a half of dozen times to show it off and im super excited for it to serve its purpose. I have 3 other toad fish rods I'm very happy with, so I don't think this will disappoint. The flipper on the lid of my Toad Fish 20 oz tumbler was lost. I shelved my tumbler, but missed using it so much that I contacted the company to see if there was a replacement lid available. Within 36 hours I received a replacement lid with a sturdy washable flipper and have resumed using my favorite water or hot beverage cup! The compliments at oyster gigs are frequent and more importantly I have full use of the best quality tumbler again.

Once again Toadfish is replacing a full sized item with a small sized adapter. This time it is replacing another item (dedicated slim can cooler) with a simple ring that fits on my existing toadfish full size can cooler. Combined with the lid and that full size cooler is now a full can cooler, a slim can cooler and a drink cup. Three yetis just got reassigned to shore duty because my one toadfish replaced all three (plus no need for a cupholder!) Toadfish makes brilliant products! Love them...
