The finish and quality of this knife is incredible! And it is super sharp. I probably have 25 different belt clip folders, and this is by far my favorite. I love the feel of the handle material. But I do not see this knife on your website now, so maybe it's no longer going to be sold. Respectfully, that would be a mistake. This EDC knife is a winner!

There are a few things in life that drive me nuts - poison ivy, biting flies, Californians and cleaning shrimp. So imaging my surprise stumbling across this gadget while wasting time on IG. I was VERY skeptical that this would work, after all, cleaning shrimp is like 4 dimensional chess. But this thing is amazing! It deveins and peels in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail and cut my prep time in half. I buy shrimp just to use this! Highly recommended.

The shrimp cleaner works well. It durable and once you learn how to do it, it only takes a little time to clean a pound of shrimp. I live in NC and buy over 200 LBS of shrimp per year. I have a lot of experience cleaning shrimp. The only negative is the knife edge gets clogged with shrimp residue. It slows down the cleaning process when you have to stop and remove the residue. This is the best shrimp cleaner I have found. Works great. Just remember to use caution, as it has a sharp edge for deveining. While it works great, I have cut my fingers a time or two. But is it really is such a great tool. It is very efficient.

Ordered as a Xmas gift and decided to get one for myself. Was able to put it to work new years eve and opened a few dozen local Rhode Island oysters. Beautifully crafted set. We were really impressed with how well they worked on King Crab legs. The crackers sliced through the shell, leaving the meat perfectly intact. The pickers have a nice grip and are easy to hold. These are elite crab crackers and worth the money.
