Very nice sipping bourbon. I throughly enjoyed the first couple of pours with my steak dinner. I plan to line up against the 12 YO and 15 YO to see if stands out. I am usually skeptical/nervous spending over $200 for a bottle before I taste it. But, I rolled the dice. To me, it is worth it. Glad I purchased.

The wife and I first discover the 2022 vintage of this wine at nice restaurant. We instantly fell in love with it. I then learned more about the producer of this amazing Chablis and found the website. After reading about proprietor, Lea Schaller, and all the care that goes into crafting the wine and growing of the grapes for this wine, I couldn't help but love and appreciate the finished product even more! What you taste is a very concise and satisfying expression of Chardonnay. Cheers!

I first sampled this in a cocktail out in Steamboat Colorado’s “Salt & Lime”. This is great mezcal for mixing or sipping. Coat the rim with some Tajik chili lime spice for the De La Sol! It was hard to find out east, but Blackwell’s had it!

This is my first Balcones Single Malt and my second American Single Malt and I've been pleasantly surprised with the rich flavors of Dark Fruits, molasses, chocolate, and Oak. It's viscous and has a long finish. I do get a little something different at the end which I attribute to Texas whiskey. It's an amazing pour for me. I can easily say that I will be buying another bottle soon.
