Don’t order from this company. I ordered an IsoTib and wrist axe bundle in July when the website said it would ship mid August. They said my order was being processed two months ago and would ship later that week. I’m still waiting. If it’s sold out then update me and refund my money. You can’t just take peoples money, then tell them it’s on its way, then stop replying to their emails

Over 16 weeks and company still hasn’t shipped my order. Reached out to them and said there is a “ technical issue to create overseas consignments which we are trying to resolve as soon as possible. It’s now been over 2 months and still nothing. Don’t do business with this company if you are ordering outside of Australia. Poor experience.

I ordered the unit 6 weeks ago. Their shipping/dispatch page says it will ship in 3 weeks from order date. I have emailed the company twice and have not received a response.

The perfect isolation, easy to use and an incredibly powerful tool for the tib to the hip!

It's been over two months since I ordered this. They responded to my first email with platitudes about how "difficult the year has been for them". They then ignored every email since. I'm going to have to do a charge back because they won't respond to me and are holding onto my money without sending the product.
