I wouldn't know what the tib bar is like. HGG took out money and said they cancelled our order but we were never given a refund. Do yourself a favor and order from Roque especially if you live in the US. Scammers!!!

Awful experience. Order almost 14 weeks ago. Sent emails and messages with very light to no reply. Promised a refund and it's been 2 weeks and still nothing, and they haven't replied to any of my messages since.

From a safety point of view I found this to be better than the tib bar as easier to use and set up. More emphasis with control of the foot through range.

Placed an order back in May for tib bar and wrist axe bundle… still waiting…. Have sent off a few emails asking when I can expect it and continually told, it’ll arrive next week. Still haven’t received it. Now no reply from them. This is the second time I’ve bought from this company with the same delays. Won’t use them again.

This company stole my money ! I ordered the wrist axe, status never changed even after the took my money . No answers from their support email. Currently filing a fraud report with my credit card company.

Placed an order more than 8 weeks ago which has still not been received. After several emails I was assured that the order would be cancelled and a full refund issued. Refund has still not been received and my emails are no longer being responded to. Trustpilot reviews show I am not the only one in this situation. Extremely disappointing for an Australian company.

I paid for my item over two months ago. I received an email a week or so after stating it was being constructed but after that nothing…. I’ve sent emails to the company but not got a reply. I’ve paid for something and not received it. Buyer beware
