I purchasing 2 of the isotib LT, my left knee and ankle are much weaker than my right knee, caused by work accident 1996. By having the 2 of the isotib LT lets me have the wight that suits each knee. this has been the most results that i have had for strengthening for my knees and ankles. they are so simple to fasten and release.

The sled slides very smooth and the craftsmanship is very cool. I like the length of the strap because I get more out of it especially in limited space. But the strap could use some improvement, It’s thin, it’s not padded and will sinch on your waist.

Nice tool. I like it better than the Tibialis anterior device that uses both ankles at the same time. This one requires more dynamic stabilization bc your ankle gets pulled in all different directions, so you have to really work hard to stabilize the ankle. Unbelievable piece of kit. I've had ankle problems for years, constantly rolling each ankle. Using the Tib Bar reduced pain and swelling in my ankles and my strength improved dramatically. Amazingly, it helped align my whole body from the top of my neck down - incredible!

Make sure you wear a shoe when using the IsoTib, and slide your foot in as far as you can. This makes it much easier to tighten it down, which then allows the IsoTib to have less-to-no play on your foot. I use a battery-powered drill to tighten it, because I'm lazy. This isn't necessary. This is my 2nd order of 2 wrist axes, this being a gift for family and friends, These are great for many things, the only limiting factors is your imagination. And it only uses Olympic weights. Be warned though if international you may have to pay heavy customs plus a extra fee from fedex, as this added another £50 on top of my £150 for two axes and shipping.

I've had chronic ankle injuries from playing basketball over the years. I've been using the isotib for about 5 minutes a day to strengthen my ankles, by doing side to side motions (in addition to up/down) with weight. For version 2 of the isotib, I think the getting in/out process could be improved. The screw works just fine, it just takes a minute to loosen and tighten. A quick-release option might make this smoother. Great product overall.

Great for recovering from muscle loss after blood cancer I have a tib bar as well but I think the isotib has the benefit of that instability to strengthen all the small ligaments and muscles in the lower leg

I have done the tib raises like knees over toes guy with butt against the wall and wrapping a dumbbell to my feet, but the isotib is by far the BEST tib exercise and you get an even workout between legs. This is the best. Love it. Well made too. Definitely worth it!!

It does what it's made for. As someone who has had flat arches most of my life and has weak shin muscles. just a few minutes each morning helps my shins, knees, quads, and hamstrings feel more connected with one another. These products are well worth their price in quality and functionality. I bought the tibia bar and nordic bar. One detail for me, I use the nordic bar on a 2x2 power rack. It fits and works, but I can imagine fitting better on the larger frames.

After 4 years of active-duty service, and injuries to both ankles under significant load...I am now pain free for the first time in years! I was unable to even preform body weight calf raises without experiencing significant pain. Love my ISOTIB. I was a little skeptical at first due to the cost but its worth it to me. I was born severely pigeon toe'd and had achilles surgery on both heels at birth. I was a little worried about the sizing. I have small sized feet (US 8 mens), but I put on some shoes and it works fine for me. The Tib Bundle definitely pushed me to working out an area I haven’t dedicated time to in the past. I’ve used the product for about a month. No complaints. Both of the straps have torn stitching only after a few uses. We haven't added excessive loads and we've used them correctly. We are having to double stitch. The straps work really well for ankle strengthening when they aren't torn.

Very poor. Still yet to receive my products, communication to the buyer is very poor as I had to follow up where my product is. I am still yet to receive the products I ordered, or receive anything but a very short email from my support request to say we are waiting on a part which was 3 weeks ago and I ordered 2 months ago.
