Love these pieces. Use them on every lower body workout. My tibs are really getting bulletproofed, and my performance on runs (both sprints and endurance) is improving as a result, and my recovery is happening much faster. The nordic bar is also a huge help doing eccentric curls to lengthen my hams. I'm preparing for a Navy dive course which will be two months of extreme exertion in terms of runs and swims, and these pieces are going a long way in getting me ready. Thanks guys!
