I've been adding Source Minerals to my water now for about a month and love it! I have found it to be very good for me, no stomach upset, no issues at all. The taste is a little bland so I add some sweetener.
Easy to prepare, and I use it for Spartan and Deka racing.

So far so good. I am using i/2 scoop in 20oz bottle. The 3 CC flat scoop is kind of imprecise to halve so I ordered a 1.5 CC scoop to use. For me, with the unflavored product, if I use any more at one time with 20oz water, I get an unpleasant (almost fishy) taste. I was told by a different brand/product that it is likely the magnesium that is lending to this taste.
