I was having feet and leg cramps during the night several months ago so I started looking for an electrolyte source. I tried some that had stevia but didn’t like the aftertaste. I also am not a fan of citric acid. I love the fact that Source has more magnesium glycinate than the average electrolyte and also that it has glycine in it as well. Cramps are gone, I feel more energetic as well!

I didn't expect to like Source because it doesn't have fruit flavors to mask the taste of the water. I bought it for my husband, since he doesn't like water with added flavors. I gave it a try and was absolutely surprised. I've had diabetes for 32 years, and it didn't affect my blood sugar levels. It tastes like clean, pure, and refreshing water. Plus, the ingredients are excellent. I'm convinced!

Great taste. I use this first thing @ 6AM, in hot water, for my first drink to rehydrate from night before while waiting outside for sunrise. I wait minimum of 70 minutes before any coffee.
