First night after trying Source I got an 84 sleep score on my Galaxy 8 health app. I imagine it was the glycine. The numbers go wonky if I don't pay proper attention to other issues like screen time and alcohol. But I'm sure the Source product has had a direct impact on it's own. Fatigue issues have improved as well. Only a few weeks in but I'm convinced it is directly beneficial to my overall health.

This is a very natural tasting product. The ratio is very good compared to other ” electrolyte” beverages.
I add lemon juice from a lemon and it’s awesome, very refreshing. I do a lot of intermittent fasting and my electrolytes get imbalanced. This is a great product of purity. I can tell a difference when I don’t use it.

I have used Source twice so far on hot humid Florida days playing golf. I keep well hydrated and even after drinking 60oz., no need to stop at the convenience houses. That means a lot of sweeting.
Source has a very light taste without the salty taste like other products.

So far so good. But it takes a few weeks for minerals such as these to really soak in and start working. In my opinion its undrinkable as they suggest, "mixed with cold water". Salty taste. I mix it with Simply Limeade and other Simply products (lemonade, pineapple-ade). DO NOT mix into beer, the ensuing foam volcano eruption is something out of a junior high school science fair project. Ask me how I know.
