This stuff is amazing! I love the neutral taste and it has been a game changer for my sleep. I sleep deeper and longer which was something I never thought I would be able to do again after hitting 40. I gave a bag to my pilates instructor who shared the same complaints with her sleep and after a couple of weeks of drinking this every morning she had great sleep again! Just so grateful this exist!

I have tried several other electrolyte powders, etc. The others have undesirable additives such as sweeteners & "natural flavors." This is more pricey than most others, but the servings are small & it lasts a long time as far as I'm concerned. I am on my 2nd order.

Have tried the majority of all electrolytes currently on the market - I haven’t found anything that has the bang for buck like Source - I was always having to add more potassium or magnesium to other brands - very pleased with this and will 100% be a repeat customer - would be awesome to see these in to-go packets, but it’s not a problem I can’t work around -

So far so good. But it takes a few weeks for minerals such as these to really soak in and start working. In my opinion its undrinkable as they suggest, "mixed with cold water". Salty taste. I mix it with Simply Limeade and other Simply products (lemonade, pineapple-ade). DO NOT mix into beer, the ensuing foam volcano eruption is something out of a junior high school science fair project. Ask me how I know.

I am enjoying Source (original) and feel it's given me the extra little boost to my day. The directions suggest two scoops a day but I put only one scoop in a half gallon of RO filtered water and drink it throughout the day. I love that Source doesn't contain citric acid as all other electrolyte products I've bought. I am 71 years old and mostly active in my gardens and regular household chores but get in 'high weight low reps' weight training regularly and casual walks.

So far so good. I am using i/2 scoop in 20oz bottle. The 3 CC flat scoop is kind of imprecise to halve so I ordered a 1.5 CC scoop to use. For me, with the unflavored product, if I use any more at one time with 20oz water, I get an unpleasant (almost fishy) taste. I was told by a different brand/product that it is likely the magnesium that is lending to this taste.
