I was looking for an unflavored electrolyte drink without maltodextrin. I have been using SOURCE for about two weeks and I would highly recommend it! I strength train and sauna and it seems to be replenishing all my mineral needs. The taste is salty with a hint of sweet, not good but not bad either. If you want a clean electrolyte powder this is the one!

Really solid “clean” electrolytes! I chose this brand because it had quality ingredients. I would love to see a version without the glycine though. It adds a taste I don’t like with plain water so I have to find something flavored to mask the glycine taste. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

I love Source! The neutral flavor is pleasant and mixes well with other flavors if you want to change it up. I especially love the fact that they do not use magnesium citrate, which most other electrolytes do, causing gastrointestinal issues. I like that it comes in a bag as opposed to the pre-packaged packets, thus making less waste. I heartily recommend Source!!!

I like the lemon flavor and wish it was stronger! My only other complaint is I haven't been able to tell if it seems to hydrate the same. I've felt a little less hydrated with this than with the original no flavor one, but I've also been worse at hydrating lately, so it's hard to tell for sure. I lean on the cautious side though of preferring the hydration from the original. If the hydration was as good and the flavor stronger, I'd buy lemon over the original any day.

I have never been a fan of drinks that are supposed to hydrate or add minerals simply because they always need to add flavorings and sugar or sugar substitutes. This is a very natural tasting product. The ratio is very good compared to other ” electrolyte” beverages. I add lemon juice from a lemon and it’s awesome, very refreshing. I do a lot of intermittent fasting and my electrolytes get imbalanced. This is a great product of purity. I can tell a difference when I don’t use it. I use it every morning and before bed. I have used Source twice so far on hot humid Florida days playing golf. I keep well hydrated and even after drinking 60oz., no need to stop at the convenience houses. That means a lot of sweeting. It’s unflavored but it has a slight taste. I liked it. It actually tasted like and I know this is weird but milk. I like the taste of milk. It’s extremely mild flavor. It’s great.
