Love that there is no sugar, no artificial sweeteners and that there is a slight lemon taste! Helps me stay hydrated during the summer heat and when using the sauna.

I mix it in about 1/8 cup of lemon juice, 1/8 cup of water and a few drops of stevia. When the foam goes down I chug it. Helps prevent leg cramps and helps me sleep.

I find working hard I would normally drink 3+ litres on a hot day and still be dehydrated, now drinking 2 L working hard I look down in and veins are full and I feel truly hydrated like I've almost never felt! especially since moving to Colorado!!

These salts give me energy and keep my brain and muscles going. I love that the ratio of potassium to sodium is more balanced and I love that it’s sweet without any sweetener.

I have been using it daily for x2 months now. No more legs cramping @ night. That's all I know. ;-)
I add it to unsweetened hemp milk & flax seed milk. I froth & mix it well. The drink actually tastes good!

I mix it with my spark when i go to the gym. It adds a salty taste, but not strong and mixes well with the spark flavors. I workout 6 days a week and the salt helps with cravings as weird as that sounds, the minerals compliment other supplements well and it has become a staple in my supplement routine.

Just two small scoops a day. I like to add to 16 oz cold water. It is light with a very mild sweetness, and dissolves easily. It tastes "clean". I love it!

The Source electrolytes gave my body the electrolytes I needed to get to longer fasts when I just couldn't get past 24 hours. My body was missing something and the Source electrolytes filled that gap. Recommended 100%. I can't believe the difference they made! Thrilled!!!

This flavor i prefer very yummy! I still add 1/8 teaspoon of organic stevia just to sweeten a touch, but do love how clean the product is. Im sensitive so need to drink before 5 so the magnesium malate doesn't mess with my sleep. But maybe would give the energy some are looking for. But again am thankful that it doesn't have the cheaper crap(oxide, citrate) and thankful for all the other clean sorced minerals

Actually makes the water taste good! Also does quench and satisfy your thirst. Has the essentials like Sodium, Magnesium and more. I always drink mine during or after my workout. Sometimes I add my Creatine to it.
This is better than drinking electrolyte packages with sugar/sweeteners. I also love the long handle scoop inside, very smart!

A high quality supplement electrolyte for men. The taste is good, just a mild sweet taste you can add Mio or other powder to if you want flavor. I take if before bed usually and like the glycine for sleep aid. For the cost it is a good value.

This is a LOVE/hate relationship. I LOVE this product. I hate how regular water feels naked now. Water just isn't the same without this product. It feels like something is missing when I drink water without Source. <3

I like the less salty blend of minerals in Source. The addition of boron and carefully selected forms of magnesium, potassium, etc make this a great choice.

The Source Mineral mix, blended with minerals and supplements, has significantly boosted my energy levels. Adding a teaspoon to my morning water and my afternoon water as well has now become a ritual, and within weeks, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my focus throughout the day. I've tried similar supplements, but the balance in this mix seems to work wonders. With magnesium, potassium, and a hint of electrolytes, it's been a game-changer for me after consistently using it for three months...
