Add some favor! It tastes like (and looks like) dirty dishwater. How any could “sip all day”…and have numerous servings???
First of all, the sodium is quite high. I am on a 2000mg salt per day diet. At best, I could drink once a day…but it was so disgusting…I could not even drink it once!
Good luck with improving the flavor (and color)! It might have great ingredients, but it does not make up for the disgusting taste and color. Sorry!

I find the flavor to be lackluster ( but you know that already). The measuring spoon is less than ideal. And I don’t feel like I can recognize any benefit.
Looking forward to the improved formula. But I have run out and am eGer to have an electrolyte for daily exercise.

Have not been able to drink it regularly enough to decide if it works well. Taste is not my favorite. I have tried adding lemon and lime and it helps but I don’t love it.

I wish it did not have glycine in it. Glycine makes me relaxed and sleepy (I take it at night to help with sleep). I’ve read taurine is an alternative option to add to hydration formulas to assist in absorption, so maybe this could be an option for people who are sensitive to glycine.

The taste was something to get used to but mot terrible my only concern was I am a bowler and after starting with source I notice my thumb was slitley swollen as my thumb was hanging up in my bowling ball. I stopped using the source and my thumb went back to normal any suggestions would be appreciated as would like to continue this product cause I have noted some other benefits from this product.

I really dislike the super salty taste of most electrolytes but the taste of your supplement is... Bizzare(?).
I really can't explain it but I had to spit it out the first time I tried to take it! Then tried to mix just one scoop to 16 oz water and it was still not drinkable. I kept watering it down until I could drink just one scoop full... I tried to do this two more times figuring I'd adjust to the taste but I can't get it down.

The overall flavor is only described as Meh... Not bad, not tasty...kind of just there. After a week of daily drinking, I found it works best for me in warm/hot water right before bed. It was a little too strong for me. I got headaches and felt very fatigued after taking it every day so I had to cut back and take it every other day only one scoop and I’m going to see how that does on the other days. I’ll take my other electrolyte mix that has a lower amount of minerals and no glycine. If that feels OK then I may start to do the source every day with just one scoop so I’ll just play around with it but two scoops every day was too intense for me.
