Unfortunately I do not like this product and cannot attest to its actual ability to hydrate since it makes my water taste funny but without a distinct flavor other than offputting. Hoping they will add crystallized lime or something to the mix to make it at all palatable.

The ingredients on paper look good. It does taste terrible. Not sure if this is the way it’s intended to be, if it is a bad batch, and also if it is the high quality ingredients it says it is. I would continue to use and mask it with a little bit of mortal hydration which tastes amazing if I can get some more assurance and detail on the actual ingredients to verify it’s safe and effective.

Since Source is shipped in a single back instead of packed in single doses, the contents of the package settles and needs to be mixed. The taste is different each time I drink it and the lighter materials are at the top. Single package is a bad idea. I’m sure it would taste differently if it were package like Dry Water or ATH Lytes. To be honest, I’ve tried at least 10 brands of electrolytes. And this one was unbreakable. The only way I’m able to add this to my water is by purchasing another brand that has a decent flavor. I can’t comment on the quality because I don’t know and it might be good, but it’s unbreakable as far as the taste.
