The new flavors are much better than the original. It doesn't really taste like lemon to me, but it's definitely much better! Now I drink this by choice, instead of forcing myself to drink it. I'm still only giving it 4 stars since I haven't noticed any difference since starting to drink it, but I like that it's just essential minerals and no extra junk.

It seems to work, however, I was a little disappointed in the taste. The lemon flavor is very muted, and the glycine adds a subtle sweetness, I ended up adding some lemon powder to it, and that really helps!

I work outside in Florida so I sweat a lot and I wanted something to keep me hydrated because water didn't really seem to absorb, I always felt thirsty. I like the clean and beneficial ingredients but the lemon flavor was just okay. The instruction said to add three scoops into 16 oz of water but that was not drinkable.
It was much easier to drink with 1 scoop and adding fresh lemon juice or cucumber. I do feel more hydrated after sipping it throughout the day.

I really didn’t like the taste (but that’s what’s to be expected from watching the video and the email I received). I did add lemon in it as well, that helped some. Over time I suppose I will acclimate to the taste. However, even after one glass of this I was able to feel in my body how refreshed and energized I felt. Do just that reason alone I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel better.

Neutral flavor, mixes well with other things like protein powder. By itself, while there is no flavor, the mouthfeel is a little thicker than water, takes some getting used to. That mouthfeel disappears when it is mixed with anything else. Seems to work well for hydration as well as helping minimize muscle soreness.

I don't mind the little sweetness from Glycine, but it tastes a little bit fishy. And the after tastes isn't so nice while you're working out. The only way to not taste it is if it's really really cold. I tried adding some lime juice in there, but it'll take a lot. But overall seems like good quality ingredients.

The subtle lemon flavor is nice. You can actually smell the lemon more than you can taste it. The lemon flavor cuts a bit of the "minerally" mouth feel of the unflavored variety. It's hard to describe, but the regular unflavored one feels a little "thick," very smooth, I think because of the minerals. The lemon helps neutralize that.

I think these work really well. I also kind of wish they didn’t taste so….savory. I will recommend drinking with a good amount of ice. I will repurchase because I feel they work exactly as they should. I’m not having any negative side effects like I’ve experienced with other electrolyte powders (other powders: dizziness, bloating, constipation) - in fact quite the opposite, no bloating, no dizziness, and improved bowel function.
I know the lack of flavors is a selling point…but I wouldn’t mind...

I purchased unflavored, and it has been easy to drink. The glycine gives it a slight sweetness. I find colder water makes it easier to drink (tastes more like a slightly sweetened beverage as opposed to a supplement). I only gave 4 stars because I haven't really tracked any changes because I've been too busy, and I wish it didn't have so much zinc in it (without copper to balance it out) as I also get zinc in other supplements that I take.
