I think these work really well. I also kind of wish they didn’t taste so….savory. I will recommend drinking with a good amount of ice. I will repurchase because I feel they work exactly as they should. I’m not having any negative side effects like I’ve experienced with other electrolyte powders (other powders: dizziness, bloating, constipation) - in fact quite the opposite, no bloating, no dizziness, and improved bowel function.
I know the lack of flavors is a selling point…but I wouldn’t mind...

The few times I have used it I felt very good on my bike rides and think that it is helping me stay energized and hydrated with no cramping issues. The only negative is that it tastes like sweat. So, I suggest buying the flavored ones.

I purchased unflavored, and it has been easy to drink. The glycine gives it a slight sweetness. I find colder water makes it easier to drink (tastes more like a slightly sweetened beverage as opposed to a supplement). I only gave 4 stars because I haven't really tracked any changes because I've been too busy, and I wish it didn't have so much zinc in it (without copper to balance it out) as I also get zinc in other supplements that I take.

I’m honestly not sure how anyone can proclaim this “tastes great” - we call it our “Fish water” - it tastes fishy. HOWEVER, I am on my second bag regardless of the taste because - I feel hydrated, joints lubricated even - my nails have never been stronger, my bowel movements are amazing after struggling for years post-hysterectomy regardless of my diet or hydration adjustments. This IS a quality product - it just doesn’t taste good, let’s be honest.

Didn't love the flavor, so added a splash of pomegranate juice on top. Which is fine with me, I'd rather add my own organic juice.
I would love to see the bags come without plastic measuring spoons (I'd prefer to use my own teaspoon) or the humidity packet (It's already vacuum-sealed) to eliminate any microplastic contamination.
