Taste is subtle, it is light and refreshing. Powder does mix well, but you have to stir it if it sits, because it tends to settle. It is a pretty solid choice for hydration, because of the ingredients, but I'm just looking for something similar that has just a little more flavor and pizzazz.

It wasn't what I expected in an electrolyte. The taste was mildly sweet water. I love the fact there is no BS in it. My previous electrolyte was trace minerals zero lyte product. It's clean but not totally clean like this product. It didn't have any GI stress which is a positive as well. I'm willing to give this product a try and see how it is a stressful event. We shall see how we perform ;)

I chose Source to try because I deplete in Potassium quickly. Source had the highest amount and better quality minerals than others like LMNT that I have been subscribing. Less salt gives me less water retention. The taste of Source I am NOT a fan. I've been sprinkling a little of LMNT into it for just a touch of flavor for my taste.

As a 53-year-old woman who wants to be around a long time for my family, I love that this is clean with no stevia. I give it four stars because I haven’t seen a huge difference from other electrolytes and the taste of the unflavored SOURCE is weird, like milky water. My first taste was a little so-so, but I think that was largely because the water was a bit warm. With ice and cold water, it's a pretty understated flavor, just slightly sweet and I would say doesn't seem salty like some other electrolyte powders I've tried. I'm happy so far and will definitely keep using for my workouts.

Overall I think it's a decent product. I like that I feel hydrated after drinking it but for the most part I do see much of a benefit over adding Celtic Salt to my water. The flavors are minimal and the salt doesn't dissolve 100%. I don't think the price point truly provides enough value over my traditional Celtic Salt water. The new flavors are much better than the original. It doesn't really taste like lemon to me, but it's definitely much better! Now I drink this by choice, instead of forcing myself to drink it. I'm still only giving it 4 stars since I haven't noticed any difference since starting to drink it, but I like that it's just essential minerals and no extra junk.

I needed an electrolyte supplement that doesn't contain stevia. That is hard to find. One brand I had tried tasted so horrible I had to choke it down. I am a distance runner, so I am pretty particular about my products. Source has been the best option I have tried. I am not in love with the flavor, but it doesn't bother me.

The problem with me is that I love the taste of plain water. So I don't LOVE any electrolytes drink. But I must say I prefer that this doesn't taste sweet or artificial sweet. I hate the taste of stevia nor monkfruit. So, Source gets a thumbs up in that dept. However it doesn't have a flavor that I am am in love with. I am still trying to find that right balance between amount of water and Source powder.

I really didn’t like the taste (but that’s what’s to be expected from watching the video and the email I received). I did add lemon in it as well, that helped some. Over time I suppose I will acclimate to the taste. However, even after one glass of this I was able to feel in my body how refreshed and energized I felt. Do just that reason alone I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel better.

I don't mind the little sweetness from Glycine, but it tastes a little bit fishy. And the after tastes isn't so nice while you're working out. The only way to not taste it is if it's really really cold. I tried adding some lime juice in there, but it'll take a lot. But overall seems like good quality ingredients.

I am really liking this, but I received a 2nd bag and this batch doesn’t seem to dissolve very well. There is always some grainy sludge at the bottom. It has still helped with keeping headaches at bay due to dehydration. Maybe just an off batch. Would still recommend trying it.

It seems to work, however, I was a little disappointed in the taste. The lemon flavor is very muted, and the glycine adds a subtle sweetness, I ended up adding some lemon powder to it, and that really helps!

Neutral flavor, mixes well with other things like protein powder. By itself, while there is no flavor, the mouthfeel is a little thicker than water, takes some getting used to. That mouthfeel disappears when it is mixed with anything else. Seems to work well for hydration as well as helping minimize muscle soreness.

I work outside in Florida so I sweat a lot and I wanted something to keep me hydrated because water didn't really seem to absorb, I always felt thirsty. I like the clean and beneficial ingredients but the lemon flavor was just okay. The instruction said to add three scoops into 16 oz of water but that was not drinkable. It was much easier to drink with 1 scoop and adding fresh lemon juice or cucumber. I do feel more hydrated after sipping it throughout the day.

The subtle lemon flavor is nice. You can actually smell the lemon more than you can taste it. The lemon flavor cuts a bit of the "minerally" mouth feel of the unflavored variety. It's hard to describe, but the regular unflavored one feels a little "thick," very smooth, I think because of the minerals. The lemon helps neutralize that.
