It definitely ticks all the boxes for ingredients, and the apparent hydration fulfillment is also spot on, I was a bit set back however on the taste. To me it tastes a bit like a sweetened saline solution. Which is not bad by any means just would prefer a bit more flavor. May try it in some pure Mango juice or other fruit!

I love the ingredients! I do very hot hot yoga and I was needing something more than coconut water to rehydrate. This does the job. The only thing Im not a huge fan of is the taste. But if I dilute it enough I can drink it. I'll take that over flavorings any day.

I must drink the mix right away after mixing cause I found out that if I let it sit for a while the Source mix has a not-so-pleasant taste.

I have been drinking Source for about 2 weeks now. The glycine gives a gentle sweetness that counters the other minerals. Definitely better than stevia or other sweeteners. I like the balance of minerals. At 450mg the sodium is well balanced compared to the previous electrolyte drink I tried at 1000mg. No more burning on the way in or out! (Yup!) My 'output' is far more consistent/healthy as well. (yes that one!) I have not used it long enough to determine if my lady hormones are regulating yet....
