I love that it both is not sweetened by fake or untested sweeteners but has, instead, an amino acid that we normally get in collagen. The glycine is something to consume along with muscle meat because it subdues the inflammatory actions of other AAs.

I give this a five stare because it work for the most part. I use the unflavor because I am on a carnivore diet so I wish they would make one without salt and bump up the potassium a bit more. I get enough salt in my diet so it would be nice to have that additional option because would make it easier to mix with kefir and coffee. I was dubious of this product at first.... was kinda sweet, kinda salty but not enough of either... at the start. Then I started doing 2-3 scoops and that is when the flavor and benefits showed up. It is too soon to tell if collegan is working yet, only been using it for just 2 weeks! But the product seems nice, guess thats an oxymoran really, only time will tell. It is easy to take if that helps! Does have difficulties fully disolvimg in cold water, maybe with warm drink or frozen smoothie would help that.
