It has such a nice subtle lemon taste. It’s definitely worth noting the advice to drink throughout the day, or at least over the course of an hour or so. If you chug it then you’ll be peeing like there’s no tomorrow for the next hour or two.

I love that it both is not sweetened by fake or untested sweeteners but has, instead, an amino acid that we normally get in collagen. The glycine is something to consume along with muscle meat because it subdues the inflammatory actions of other AAs. Also love the sodium content - just right.

It is too soon to tell if collegan is working yet, only been using it for just 2 weeks! But the product seems nice, guess thats an oxymoran really, only time will tell. It is easy to take if that helps! Does have difficulties fully disolvimg in cold water, maybe with warm drink or frozen smoothie would help that.

I was a bit skepticle of the taste since some reviews were very negative about it.. but I am so pleasantly suprised! it’s amazing!!
