Our company has used Custom Branding twice now and have been satisfied with both custom orders. Out of 100+ YETIs, we have not found one with a flaw in the engraving or the product itself. The online design platform is easy to navigate and represents the final product accurately. We will be using Custom Branding in the future!

The brumate resa tumbler I ordered was even more beautiful than I expected! The engraving on both sides was perfect! Already ordered another one. Highly recommend, just wished arrival time was faster. Takes more than a couple weeks to receive. Other than that, it’s great!

The tumbler great but your website said 2-3 business days to ship and you didn't actually have it in stock, which means my item took much longer than anticipated and never made it to my event. This is not the first time this has happened. You need to be more transparent with your inventory levels and shipping times because it's always a mystery when things are going to arrive.

We are so pleased with the carving boards we ordered! The logos look spot on! Good quality and timely delivery for the number of custom boards we ordered! Our only concern was that we had to call in order to find out what the size of the boards were. I imagine having sizing information on the website could be helpful to prospective buyers.

We were having trouble uploading our logo to the website, I chatted with someone on the website who helped me place my order and get a final proof of the product to make sure we were satisfied. They also honored the original shipment date and got the 35 Yeti's over to us in a flash. All the products were absolutely perfect and the logo looked amazing laser engraved on the Yeti.

It came way faster than expected, my only gripe is there was no follow up email or confirmation nor tracking number emailed so I had no idea if this would actually arrive until it did. It was incredibly done though and a great job, thats why I still left 5 stars.

The online process was a bit confusing, but I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful with providing a proof and giving me a ship date. My order arrived quickly and was packed well. There was also some confusion on pricing. They had a "BOGO half -off offer", so I assumed if I was buying 24 tumblers, half of them would be half price.
