These are great quality, their colors are beautiful and their turnaround time is excellent. Be warned that the laser cut “printing” is harder to see on the lighter colored items (letters will be stainless steel silver in appearance) but I prefer the subtle look and think it wears better than the printed letters.

Customization images came out nice, inside of Zippo was fine but I replaced it with the butane cartridge for cigar lighting and it is perfect now. End up expensive so don’t lose it!

The design team reached out to me after I placed my order to explain that the design I provided was too detailed for the size and item I had ordered (which it was extremely detailed) they reworked it, and sent me a proof to approve before continuing, and I have to say they were right and did a great job fixing my design.
Because of their work, the item looks even better than I could’ve imagined.

Good quality engraving and pretty font, although this particular bottle is difficult to close (perhaps the spring is too tight?). I have ordered four bottles in total and this is the only one that I have a difficult time closing, so perhaps it has to do with the actual manufacturing of this particular bottle. The engraving and service of this company is excellent!

This reorder of an item in a different color took a ridiculous amount of time and interactions, including that I was told that you did not keep information to reorder (Devin) and that I could reorder (Cecelia). I tried to do the order online, multiple support emails, chat-I think and a phone call. My original order was much more swift and easy. June 12th - June 20 with multiple interactions to complete this reorder for one tumbler.

AMAZING Customer Service!
I live in apt complex and the post office delivered the item to a different apt #, but the post office said it happens and refused to take responsability for loosing the item.
So I contact Custom Branding, explained the situation, and they Replaced it as a courtesy.. I was so happy because It was a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and just the fact the Custom Branding took the time to replace it, made an amazing differance!

While the customization on the cooler i ordered was great as expected!!, the first cooler arrived damaged. Had a large dent on the top, along with minor scratches. I contacted customer service and was issued another cooler. Second one arrived, and it again came damaged, another large dent. The customer service was great in they took care of my issues, the first and second time, I just feel bad for them that there carrier does not care as much as they should about the products coming out of there...
