Excellent product. They customized it and shipped it very quickly and it looks perfect. They are very responsive to emails and support issues and priced right. Will use them for all future customization.

Quality of the print came out great and looks very sturdy. Overall, very happy with my purchase. I only wish is that maybe they could offer more color options of the original products and provide discount is order in large quantities.

Tumbler is perfect, however production time took a bit longer than expected, and I never received a shipping notification, it just showed up one day! All in all, the product is great, company just needs to work on their communications with the customer a bit more.

Insulated Margarita glass color is beautiful and vibrant. Personalization came out great. Glass is slightly bent where the stem meets the base. Not sure how this happened. It is a time sensitive gift so I have not asked for customer service. Very Slight bend in stem doesn't impact use of product.

I ordered 20 oz tumbler with design and name for a new Grandma. I redesigned what I wanted lasered and somehow sent the first design that I thought I had deleted . I realized this on my confirmation email. I sent an email and got a response at the beginning of the next business day. It was promptly corrected. This company is on the ball!! My tumbler is as I had wanted and looks amazing! I am so excited to give this gift! I will definitely use them again.

Custom Branding does a great job personalizing the items I've purchased from them. I have purchased a few things and all had them customized and have been very happy with all of those purchases. Note that they have a lot of great fonts to incorporate into your customized product. I will continue to use their services and recommend that you do the same.

Bought a custom zippo lighter as a gift and it was a hit. I tried to purchase direct from the manufacturer, but they were not offering customization at the time of my purchase so I found Custom Branding. We were looking for a high quality insulated tumbler as a thank you gift to a departing board member. Our logo and tag line were engraved as desired. We were working on a short timeline. Delivery was earlier than promised. I couldn't show a picture, because we had already given the gift.

We ordered monogramed Yeti Ramblers for our company retreat. Each one was customized with each staff member's initials on one side and our company logo on the other. The lighter is amazing it came in so quick and he will love it. I got it for my brother-in-law for a Christmas gift. Quality is amazing and again came in so much quicker than expected.

The product came out great overall. I had included some comments to the designer about the print and these comments were taken into consideration. I did feel that the image looked bigger on the mug then what I had depicted in the design process. But otherwise I really like the product

We love how we can get small quantities of our logo items on very high-quality merchandise. We particularly like the version where we put no on our logo and it comes in as etched. We have ordered multiple things and several of these gifts for people that I work with me to visit my home. It’s a very unique gift and we love it.

Custom ordering is wonderful. Found it a difficult to figure out engraving front and back so I settled on engraving only one side of tumbler. Other that that I was happy with price and timely delivery. .

Ordered an Owala water bottle with a custom logo and it came out awesome. My husband loved it and has been using it daily. I ordered on the website and was advertised that with quick ship it would arrive in time for Christmas. Ordered on 12/14 with guaranteed delivery by 12/21 and unfortunately it did not arrive until 12/28. A bit disappointed in the quick ship but not the product itself. Would highly recommend their services, just be aware that quick ship wasn’t quick!
