Delivery was too fast! My phone died on me, the reason why I'm getting a new one, and unfortunately I could not see nor answer the delivery rider's call. This was on the day after I placed my late night order. Though an earlier notice or email to say the item was on its way to me would have saved the delivery crew the hassle of going back a second time.

Hindi naging maayos ang pakikipag-ugnayan ng Kimstore sa TechnoPop SM Nort Edsa. Ayon sa aking nakausap mula sa Kimstore, darating ng 3 PM ang aking order na Iphone 15 Pro ngunit hindi ito dumating sa takdang oras. Dumating ang gadget ng 8 PM onwards. Hindi makontak o walang komunikasyon mula sa Kimstore na nagbibigay-paliwanag ukol sa nangyari. Nakadidismaya ang kawalan ng maayos na sistema sa delivery at hindi pagbibigay-abiso na mahuhuli ang dating ng order.
