Delivery was fast. But what we recieved is not the color we paid for. The box says its pink but the color of the unit is starlight. Showed them photos and sent them unboxing video, been 10 days and they still say its being reviewed. I told them to refund me of the excess payment instead bec my daughter needs to use an ipad for school and cant wait for replacement.

The units was fine and legit kaso there is a issue I wait almost 6 hrs in SM North Edsa just to wait for the item na suppose pickup time is 12-5 PM Im from bulacan un lang sinadya so all schedule is cancelled becoz of that dahil nagassist and nagsabe sched na hindi naman pala coordinated hope not to happen ulit when I purchase.
