I saw Dr. Nanda interviewed on Dr. Steven Gundry's podcast and was educated from scratch then about Ayurveda. I was highly impressed by the presentation and have since enjoyed using both the pulling oil and the concentrated mouthwash. Worked great, cleared the sinuses. I followed the instructions..heat up the shower, spray 4 or 5 sprays on shower wall.
I rotated the direction of the shower away from the wall to make sure it didn't go down the drain before I was able to breath it in.

Best toothbrush I've ever used in my life! Hands down. I never knew that was even possible, to have a TOOTHBRUSH I can't stop bragging about. I love all of guru nanda products I own both humidifiers and they both work great the halo by far is my fav as u smell the essential oils for a long time the other one on the other hand I use more to purify my room the mouth washes are also great although this time my concentrated mouth wash look a little diluted I use to use 4 drops and it would def be every effective but this time I had to use a little over a quarter of the dropper over all I still love the.
