My husband and I have been using it for a couple months now. After a couple of weeks, I notice the pain in my knees have gone away from onset arthritis. 4 months in now taking the blackseed with K2 and D3. After about the 2nd months i started to notice I have more energy and feel stronger. I'm a golfer in my sixties I'm limber and walk 18 holes all the time 3 to 4 days a week. What I've noticed the most is I hit the ball further now and others have noticed as well. I love it! It makes my mouth feel cleaner and fresher. Texture of the oil takes some getting used to but you will not regret it once you get it into your routine of things. The toothbrush is SO soft. I love this cinnamon formula a lot! I unfortunately ordered the original formula from Tik tok shop and it was a dupe, it was awful! I ordered 2 dupes unknowingly.
