The memories this quilt holds are priceless and will now be displayed everyday in lieu of hidden in my drawers. This is great! A nice lighter-weight but substantial blanket. Keep in mind, these aren't stuffed with batting or traditionally "quilted down" with extra stitches to tie the front and back layers together, but I knew that going in so this is what I expected it to look like, and then some!
