Excellent bachi. These are available in a thickness that fills my hand well (I’m 180 cm tall and 80 kg). I have broken many thinner bachi bought in the US. So far, these are holding up much better and the weight is very pleasing.

These are great alternatives to Vibram Five Fingers. We use them as workout shoes. They are snug but comfortable. They have great grip and ventilation. The fabric is a little rough, but that has not been an issue. Overall, we are very pleased with these shoes.

Awesome, bright bag with a super fun logo, that holds all my Bachi neatly and securely. The rope handle is easy to sling over your other shoulder and the colour makes it very easy to spot in a pile of other people's gear. Like everything from the store, it's incredibly well made.

Shoes are amazing, great quality and absolutely comfortable, it's almost like being barefoot but with a sole to protect your foot, also great ankle support. A really good fit overall, made of quality materials, great thermodynamics too. Might as well mention that service was amazing, and I'm getting another pair as soon as the ones I got go through their time. I walk and run a lot, and from all the shoes I got so far, these will prove to be the best I think. 10/10.

My Shakuhachi Yuu order arrived in perfect condition. It looks and feels very nice, and has a good weight to it. In terms of practical use, it's very well tuned and I would say relatively easy to play basic notes as well as Kan notes with a little bit of practice (This is my first shakuhachi apart from the horrible PVC replicas I made, so it feels very correct and professional) All in all I give it a 5/5, great option for a beginner shakuhachi player that can't yet afford real bamboo.

I’m impressed with the quality of the Shime Daiko and stand! Both were in stock, so I only waited less than 1 week before both arrived. I had a question regarding the recommended method of tightening the drum heads, and they responded within an hour! I have it tuned to the pitch I like and enjoy playing it.

Feels and sounds like another bolt shimedaiko that I have played on before. Absolutely beautiful and a like its heft. I went all-out for the drum and everything necessary. The stand is perfectly fitted and adjusts to be tall enough for comfortable play. I’m 185 cm tall. The carrying bag is well-sized, seems sturdy enough for the task, and is easy to carry. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is my first Shakuhachi, so I’ve nothing to compare it with in terms of sound quality. That being said, I personally enjoy the sounds of the Yuu (the ones I am able to produce that is), and the swirls in the resin are really mesmerizing. Great instrument to carry outside for playing in any weather conditions. It’s rather hefty, but I do enjoy how it feels in the hands.

Very good wearing comfort. You can clearly see how different the big toe moves compared to the other toes. In a normal shoe, this physiological foot movement would not be possible. The shoes are also very comfortable to wear and you can feel the floor in a pleasant way while walking.

Excellent stand! Arrived in two pieces which saves shipping (less volume). Easily assembles with a wing nut. Wheels seem small but negotiate pavement well. Just watch the expansion joints. Wheels also lock! Awesome! Nothing like trying to drum and keep the taiko from rolling down hill. No worries with this! Fit and finish are perfectly fine.

A good quality, utilitarian instrument that also looks nice. Only potential downside might be that it weighs a little more than the average bamboo shakuhachi. Not really a big deal though and as there aren't a lot of options for composite shakuhachi it excels at providing the market low cost quality and reliability.

Love these Tabi's I like how they are waterproof. Comfortable to wear , the soles could use some kevlar insert or something to make them a bit thicker.
