Chest and shoulders are much stronger, I'm going up in weight with each week. For the first 3 days I gained 1lbs per day but now it's coming off. I suspect that I started putting on muscle and I am now burning off fat. You can tell that it works when you start taking it. The only negative so far is the taste. It burns like strong alcohol if you hold it in your mouth. I take it with a quick shot of orange juice after which seems to "cool it down". So far, all good with no side-effects.

Great bundle here. The pumps are insane and so is the muscular endurance. Feeling of intense vascularity, heightened metabolism and nitric oxide production; ie less muscle tiredness throughout the workout. Gym sessions have become shorter but much more intense.

At first experienced headaches but they subsided after first 4-5 days. Noticed I put on about 5 lbs but at the same time I’m 2 holes shorter on my belt so I’m definitely losing fat and gaining muscle!! All my lifts are increasing and stamina is soaring more and more each workout. One other thing to note is I’m way less sore and for much shorter amounts of time.
