Cost a little higher than what I set out to spend - but seeing it you appreciate the quality and know why the price is where it’s at.

Really surprised by the quality and use of real wood. I expected a decent product but this blew the local cabinet company out of the water. No having to source counter tops, sinks and back splash, saves so much effort and a better quality product.

I actually talked to a live person at customer service before ordering to make sure the company was legit! After shopping around , this was an excellent price ! My order was delivered within 4 days !! They sent the wrong one, i called customer service and Dirk ? Had my vanity exchanged within 2 hours !! 2 hours ! A guy showed up with the right one . Up until our current situation in the world, I would not have considered ordering a vanity online. The process was simple and efficient. The pictures and write up on the website are good and you can get an accurate picture on what the product would look like In your home. When looking for a vanity it seems that everyone is selling Chinese made vanities they look good from 10 feet but at closer look most are junk. Your unit is well made , the quartz is a 1/4 inch thicker then most .This unit made in canada and I will be recommending it to all my customers. The cabinet is beautiful quality. I have been looking at cabinets for a few years now and comparing. By far, this is the best! I took a knife to the sample that they sent me, to see how the paint performed since I hate anything that chips. Not a problem! Service was exceptional from The Vanity Shop and delivery was in 4 days. I have nothing negative to say at all. Can’t wait to order again from this company for my master bath.

Great product, easy to install and throws off a decent amount of heat. We pulled out a hydronic baseboard heater and replaced it with this. Room is just as hot as it was previously and now its a hell of a lot more practical and attractive.

Arrived in great time!!!! Colour and quality are superb, I was weary about ordering online but I'm so happy with it!! Soft close drawers and door are fantastic. The gold handles are a darker hue but very nice, there are no holes drilled to mount handles, have to drill your own holes!

The wood! So much wood! It's thicker than i expected, way higher quality than i expected..just an amazing product. If I could complain about one thing, it would be the lack of pre-drilled holes for the hardware. They pre-drill the leg holes, but the most dangerous holes as an inexperienced home renovation person are by far those on the face of this thing. Our samples of quartz, marble, walnut and beechwood came auickly. What a help they have been in deciding on which vanity to buy. Also, great for taking to tile and flooring stores so you don't have to hall as many heavy tile samples home.

As a contractor, I look for products that represent a good value for my clients. The vanities that I've purchased from The Vanity Store are high-quality, they arrive in a timely manner, and basically sell themselves to my clients. In the rare case that something arrives that is less than perfect I've been quite impressed with the customer service. They make it right, and they do so expeditiously. All in all, a rare case of getting more than you'd expect.

Great to have a swatch to help in planning our bathroom renovation! The swatches are reasonably priced and are delivered SO FAST. Its a bit hard to tell how much grey will run through the countertop, but the sample is still a very reasonable size and is very useful for colour matching.

Our vanity arrived earlier than expected. The vanity is not yet installed but the construction looks superb. Packaging was excellent. There was a tiny nick on one of the doors. It was very minor & we didn't feel it necessary to have the door replaced. The nick was done in the factory & should have been caught but as stated, it was minor. Due to an ordering mix up, I ended up ordering a single sink vanity, when we in fact needed a double sink vanity. The Vanity Store was very helpful in helping us straighten up this order, and they were able to get us the replacement in record time, pick up the incorrect one, and get us back on track to finish the project. The vanity was installed May 19/21. love the style and quality of the product it looks amazing in the bathroom and works so well with the design. Unfortunately, I didn’t share a pic only because the knobs still have to be installed and there is a 3”to 4” scrape on the edge on the front left side of the countertop. I will try to sand the edge and seal it to help smooth it out. Luckily it’s not cracked.

The vanity is beautiful. It is super high quality and lovely to look at. Great value for the cost compared to what is available at the usual home improvement stores. The packing for delivery was awesome and prevented any damage. We are super pleased. The only thing that would have made it easier was if the holes for the hardware had been predrilled but this is really a minor criticism. Would definitely shop here again and have recommended to several people already.

I found this to be the easiest transaction during this renovation. The website stock was up to date and the process to buy was almost too easy. The delivery team was actually on time and very respectful. They were wearing proper PPE and they handled the shipment with care as evidenced by the arrival of three well-packed boxes. Excellent service from the Vanity store. I have never seen quick delivery like I received . Ordered on a Sunday night on line and received Tuesday afternoon almost 500kms from the departure point. I would highly recommend dealing with the Vanity store.

I love the look of this in our bathroom. Very sleek & shiny, and nice quality. Had a small panic when it was first installed as it did not appear to be heating up. Our contractor came back to check and we discovered it just takes a bit of time to heat through. We have the hard wired version and it heats bar by bar....took best part of an hour to fully heat so we will just set the timer taking that into account.
