We received a larger mirror than we ordered however when we spoke to their customer service after we explained it was larger, they took immediate remedial response on how to resolve the concern. The customer service rep was so attentive, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. Our concern was resolved immediately. The mirror matches perfectly with the vanity, well made. The Vanity Store packages everything so well that once the box is opened it is better than you expected it

Absolutely gorgeous. We've ordered this vanity for our secondary bathroom renovation. We are still in the midst of the renovation and unfortunately haven't yet installed the vanity, therefore we can't add a picture. It is incredibly well made-best that we've seen at other stores. Definitely, when it's time to renovate our ensuite, we are ordering from the Vanity Store.

We are very pleased with the two vanities and two mirrors that we have ordered. We were impressed in how quickly we received them. One box was damaged with the mirror in but it was resolved a timely matter and very pleased how the process went. Initially my wife and I were hesitant to buy a vanity online without actually seeing the pieces and quality in person, but we were wrong to have any doubts. The quality surpasses what we were able to see in any stores or local manufacturers and it was really convenient. It fit perfectly into the bathroom and we are really impressed with the solid construction, attention to details and overall look of it. The white quartz top is perfect. We will use this site again and recommend to friends.

The vanity I ordered from a different vendor in August 2021 fell through in January 2022 at the last minute and The Vanity Store absolutely saved me. Richard was so helpful and patient, I can't praise him enough. My new vanity is beautiful, really well constructed, arrived (undamaged) in under three weeks and ultimately I prefer it to the one I had originally ordered. All around great experience!

This is the second vanity and ordered from here and they are beyond good quality. Far better than expected - - also just to mention that the shipping and packaging is next level - shipped upright with a cone on the top and nothing is able to be shipped on top of it - making sure everything gets to where it’s going with no damage! I would recommend these to everyone!

I ordered a sample of the black Walnut and quartz countertop that would be used on the vanity. Both items were sent by Canada Post and arrived within days of ordering. I was impressed with the speed at which they were dispatched and the quality of the samples. Based on my experience so far, I will be looking at purchasing a vanity unit in the near future from the Vanity Store.

Mirror looks great and let's be real it is a mirror, so not overly hard to do right. The hanging method is a little odd, just two threaded "L hook" screws that a metal bracket glued to the back hook onto. Definitely requires bang on measuring when setting the hooks. The bracket also is slightly deeper than the bottom support feet so the mirror ends up not parallel with the wall but tilting down slightly. I fixed this with a couple clear stick on cabinet door bumpers on the feet.

Love the vanity and our contractor said he was surprised at the quality of it! Very sturdy. I will say the arctic white countertop is a little disappointing as it is much busier than what is pictured, almost looks like my child took a sharpie to the countertop. Would recommend the vanity but am a bit upset with the countertop.

We love our vanity! The colour is beautiful. We noticed that the pictures online were more yellow and less of a beige brown. After looking at review pictures we notices this as well. When we received the vanity the colour was the beige/brown colour that we were hoping for! The quality and build is amazing, feels so expensive & the countertop is perfect. Shipping was a week or so ahead of schedule.

I just had the vanity installed yesterday, and it looks great. The plumber had to cut out a portion of the middle drawer so it would fit with the pipes, but there is still lots of usable room in the drawer. Most important to me was the excellent customer service from The Vanity Store. They promptly answered all my questions about the vanity. I did contact several other companies about different vanities before I made my decision, but they either did not get back to me or didn't properly answer ...

It is a solid, well built item. You can tell the quality of it as soon as you take it out of the box and open/close a drawer. We are very happy with it so far. The only small drawback is that the drawers are not removable....or maybe we just didn't know how. But still, a 99/100 for us.

The image of the Austin vanity online is quite red while the online image of the American walnut sample isn’t, so we felt we really needed to order the sample to be sure of what we would be getting. The sample we receive is just like the image of the sample, with no red hues.

Just ordered the idential vanity we put into another of the bathrooms in the house last year. Solid, looks great (and that's with very little scrubbing). Fits well, and easily customized for weird plumbing from the wall. It's number two, we must like it. Highly recommended!

I have been building and installing cabinets for over 30 years. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. 3/4" import ply on real Blum hardware. I could not manufacture this vanity for the price. Great quality and great value!

This was a piece I missed ordering when I ordered my vanity…. Our contractor said she has never seen such a well constructed vanity…and everything that was needed was included. She was SO impressed. I was happy the second I had a look at it…well before the contractor did. So now we are planning to up grade our other bathroom with another vanity from the Vanity Store.

It's very well made, very elegant, and works in the space really well. I love the book matched front. The peripherals (sink, counter, back splash) are good too. Storage wise, it makes good use of the space it occupies. Good job and I will be ordering another one for my second bathroom.
