Nice fit and finish, set up well done, sounds good after I changed the strings the strings seem to be very low qulity and still where stretching after a month. They where not as advertised Daddario .010 - .046 to bad! Just a suggestion, more packing! my guitar seems to have taken a one week detour (FED EX) to get here and the packing was all messed up, the small cardboard box to protect head stock was flat. suprised it is still playable Love it I enjoy playing it every day

guitar was better than i thought it would be. sounds just fine and the split coil pickups were a great surprise. only drawback i found was that the neck was a little thick but only a shade too big.

Order was filled promptly and shipped a 2-3 days later. It arrived in a couple of days. Everything was in good condition and it assembled pretty easily (though at 65yrs of age it was a bit heavy to lift but I still managed on my own.) The sound is very good, ok, it 's not a grand piano, but it's pretty decent. My 9y old son loves it which makes me happy too. Wouldn't hesitate to order with Donner again.

This is certainly a very well made product! The piano itself is of great quality, however I personally wasn’t quite satisfied with the sound. The notes sound slightly dulled and aren’t as “vibrant” per se. It really just doesn’t sound like a grand piano. I will be keeping it but it will take some getting used to.

It is the worst piano I have purchased in my career as a teacher for over 43 years. The piano does not have the qualities that I expected to have, I asked for an 88 weighted keys and thuis piano does not qualify in my opinion as a professional pianist the quality of weighted keys. We bought this as a present for our daughter and granddaughter, and put it together for them. Everything was in good shape, and it was very easy to put together. It is their starter piano, but my husband has played for years. He and I agree that the sounds this produces are well rounded, and the ability to practice with earphones on so the rest of the house won't have to listen is a real bonus for beginners. Plus, you can "split" the keyboard so a teacher and student can play in the same octaves...

This keyboard is perfect for beginners! I live in a townhouse and love that it’s slim design also fits perfectly in my space. If I had any complaints, it would only be of the music stand. The angle it has prevents it from fitting flush against the wall, however it is easy to remove. Other than that, it’s perfect for a family of beginners!

Just got this delivered and set up was really easy. Took about 20 minutes total. Started playing around on it and the sound is really good. Has several different sound options including Organ, synth, and even has demo mode. Got this for me and my son to learn on together. Good by for our first time piano, or a small piano to have around the house. Looking forward to learning on this!

I absolutely love my Donner piano. I've had it for three weeks so far. It plays beautifully and feels incredibly acoustic, but with perks like being able to connect to a midi and and the option to plug in your headphones! The pedals also give the piano an acoustic feel, so it's a wonderful blend of acoustic and digital! The weighted keys are also well designed and have even sounds across all 88 keys. My piano instructor loved the piano so much they also purchased one too!

Directly after unboxing, I was naturally excited to play. I plugged it in.... crackles from the speakers. I thought it'd go away. Now fast forward 5 days.... I've emailed Donner 3 times with no reply.... Great customer service, NOT. When the piano works and doesn't have consistent crackling from the speakers, it's great. But not happy that they will not reply.

Many presets seem to have been designed with excessive gain. The higher gain presets seem very harsh. Better cab sims and EQ would be an improvement. I haven't yet had time to dig into customizing or creating presets from scratch. Hopefully I'll be able to create more usable presets. I am not new to digital modelers, and it is somewhat common to have to tweak the presets. For some reason most manufacturers seem to think all we are looking for is high gain presets. The unit seems well built...
