I was using my keyboard for that but this dedicated drum machine is what seems to better fill the bill. I haven't put it through it's paces as yet, but I feel assured that it will perform quite adequately for my purposes . . .

The keyboard is great and the sound is very authentic. There are two issues that needs to be remedied. 1. The printing in the manual is so small and complicated that it is essentially useless unless once blow and print in a larger format. 2. I have tried to register my instrument using the internet and code but I got no where. I even tried to contact your company via email but has yet to get a reply. Can you help me on this?

The Donner DED-500 is a well featured entry level drum kit. Be warned; if you have watched the plethora of DED-200 reviews on YouTube, and expect the 500 series kits to come with all the same basic equipment, but just with bigger and better drums, you're going to be a little disappointed. The finish is really good, the neck size is big compared to what I'm used to but it's fine and comfortable. I had to perform a little setup and it plays great. The bridge pickup is really nice the neck one is ok, I might have to play with its height. The fret work is fine, they could be polished a little more. I don't think they are medium -jumbo as the specs are saying for me they are medium. The pots will have to go, the taper is not great but this was expected. All in all not a bad buy.

This piano is great for a smaller space - very discreet and elegant looking and blends in well with the other wood in the room (matches well with pine especially). The sound quality is really nice and the pedals work great. Please note it's a piano only - no other instruments / demo's etc are available to my knowledge.
