This thing cut like butter. Had 3 branches come down in last snow storm in Minnesota cleaned up Ares in no time. Great product not the best for small tiny top growth of my headge however it just shredded them no big deal. Jerry

it is accurate and does a great job. The only little drawback is it on the numbers on the side panels of the black bar it would be nice if you were able to make the numbers in the lines on that black strip bar of the tool stand out more, so it's easier to visually see the different numbers

I can handle the little saw on my own at age77. The chain itself is easy to exchange for the new one. I don't like asking anybody else to do anymore then I have to and with this saw I can trim my own trees.

Hello .. Good batteries but of the four I've bought one died .. took apart and the ones inside soldered together so no easy fix as can do with other such "packs". The tools are great esp the best little "SuperSaw" which I've worked really hard and it's still "Super". {|8<)#

I’ve tried metal version but your product works much better.
My only complaint was there was two loose set screws and an Allen wrench in the package with not explanation. I figured out they control the movement but it would have been nice to have some paperwork with an explanation!

I feel the tool is well built an molded to my hand like a glove.The chainsaw itself cut the material like a hot knife threw butter.
The two things I suggest would be to develop a thin cover to slip over the chain when not in use.Also a led light to show that the battery is fully charged.
Thought overall the chainsaw was great.

My dad had a similar tool back in the 1950s, but it had smooth steel pins and was only about 6" long. This purchase was for my other half; he put it up against an architectural bracket and was amazed at how true it pattern was! He'll be using it to replace the a piece of flooring in his 1804 cottage that has some complicated cut-outs. So glad I found your tool! I gave it to him for Christmas and he loves it.
I also bought one for our good friend, who does a lot of handyman work.
