Ever since we got that my wife has been going out in the yard to see what she can cut down and I told her to come and see me before she cuts down something that don't need it. I feel the tool is well built an molded to my hand like a glove.The chainsaw itself cut the material like a hot knife threw butter. The two things I suggest would be to develop a thin cover to slip over the chain when not in use.Also a led light to show that the battery is fully charged. Thought overall the chainsaw was great.

I’ve tried metal version but your product works much better. My only complaint was there was two loose set screws and an Allen wrench in the package with not explanation. I figured out they control the movement but it would have been nice to have some paperwork with an explanation!

I had my chainsaw for awhile before I attempted to use it. Unfortunately when I tried to charge the battery what came with it, it would not charge so when I saw the 2 pack I ordered it and both of those batteries charged quickly and now I am ready to get some work done. I haven't had to use the kit yet, but it has the important pieces: battery and extra blades. The blade cover shown in the illustration is not like the one I got. The one I got is just like the one that came with the saw. I can't imagine why I would need another blade cover.

I have a shoulder injury so I'd given up on using chain saws as they are too heavy. I figured I'd try this one and it works well for me. I can easily do the small to medium stuff and hire someone to do the big branch and tree cutting. One thing to note - when I first assembled it, I got the chain on backwards so it didn't cut well.
