We had trouble getting the charger to work for a while but finally got it to work. My husband went out to try it on some small branches and came in with a big smile. He loves it. Thinking of buying another charger and battery so he will be prepared if there's a problem. Once he gets started I can't slow him down!

I bought two of these sockets, one for my son and one for my nephew. I gave it to them as a birthday gift and both of them loved it. My nephew said he had been looking at it and was going to buy one, but I beat him to it. Both of them have used it and really liked the way it will unscrew anything. They don't have to go look for a certain size socket. All you need is this one. It's a great gift for someone that is always doing a project around the house or working on their car.

It's a bit hard to remember that this small but mighty tool is a real chain saw and deserves respect. Luckily, it is quick to understand how to use it. I cleaned out a mostly dead crab apple in a flash.

It took me 19 days to get the battery, but so far it has been worth the wait. The battery that came with the saw lasted about 30 minutes and went dead. The new battery seems to work well, I have used it for about an hour and so far, there has not been a problem.

We have about ten fruit trees, even picking the fruit can get you scratched up- this tool works very fast to wipe those small branches away. It took less than an hour, half were high and needed a ladder. It eliminates the danger of a regular sized chain saw using a ladder. My only wonder is, there's no compartment for bar/chain oil, so none EVER needed? When done, I put a few drops of WD40 on it, just hoping for a long life from the $14 chain- no big deal.

I was amused and somewhat skeptical, yet I bought it to see if it was what they advertised it to be, HOLY CRAP!!!!! I lost my charger and was able to order a replacement with no fuss, no muss. My saw was inadvertently left outside for a couple of months - as soon as I found it , it worked like a champ. After drying and oiling it is as good as new. This is one of my favorite tools for working in the yard.

I've had my supersaw for several years now and it still performs great. During growing season it's not unusual for me to use it multiple times per week.
