I bought two of these sockets, one for my son and one for my nephew. I gave it to them as a birthday gift and both of them loved it. My nephew said he had been looking at it and was going to buy one, but I beat him to it. Both of them have used it and really liked the way it will unscrew anything. They don't have to go look for a certain size socket. All you need is this one. It's a great gift for someone that is always doing a project around the house or working on their car.

We have about ten fruit trees, even picking the fruit can get you scratched up- this tool works very fast to wipe those small branches away. It took less than an hour, half were high and needed a ladder. It eliminates the danger of a regular sized chain saw using a ladder. My only wonder is, there's no compartment for bar/chain oil, so none EVER needed? When done, I put a few drops of WD40 on it, just hoping for a long life from the $14 chain- no big deal.

The product arrived as ordered. I will admit it took longer to received than I expected. I was planning on using it to secure area rugs prior to foot surgery ie, walker/cane. It took me 19 days to get the battery, but so far it has been worth the wait. The battery that came with the saw lasted about 30 minutes and went dead. The new battery seems to work well, I have used it for about an hour and so far, there has not been a problem.

I charged it overnight and then went out to cut u a falen limb. WOW! Does this little saw work! I had the large limb cut up for fire wood in no time. What a great little tool.

This is a handy little device. It's lots easier and quicker to use this little saw as opposed to a chain saw or hand saw. Assembly is pretty quick and easy also.

I lost my charger and was able to order a replacement with no fuss, no muss. My saw was inadvertently left outside for a couple of months - as soon as I found it , it worked like a champ. After drying and oiling it is as good as new. This is one of my favorite tools for working in the yard.

I've had my supersaw for several years now and it still performs great. During growing season it's not unusual for me to use it multiple times per week. This requires me to recharge batteries often and consequently wears the batteries out. Purchasing the 21V Li-Ion Battery For The SuperSaw - Two Pack was a no-brainer. I have no doubt they will serve me well just like the originals. Well worth it at this price.

it is accurate and does a great job. The only little drawback is it on the numbers on the side panels of the black bar it would be nice if you were able to make the numbers in the lines on that black strip bar of the tool stand out more, so it's easier to visually see the different numbers
