It arrived very quickly and packaged well. Looks great, but I haven't used it yet. Now, as an older customer, too many small parts for old hands to grasp and put in place. I bought this for my husband for Christmas, but I canā€™t believe it donā€™t have a case for it. Iā€™m disappointed in that !! Canā€™t comment, being itā€™s a gift for him. I purchased extra batteries, & chains, but no case to store it in. It would be nice to be able to keep it all together, or just being a portable saw to go. Just grab your case & go. This tool would be so convenient with a case. Usually twos like this come with one. I love your tools, we have several already. Hope this comment helps. M...

Wondering if this comes in a larger size also? Limited to the size of the nut you are trying to unloosen. Fine for the size it does work on, but a larger option would be good.

you only have been able to use the saw once and felt that it was going to be a nice full to work with. I wish I knew when I started the blade jams when the battery is low. But when it has power, it works really well. I was able to cut several dead limbs on a couple of trees in a short amount of time. I'm hoping that it will work on some other Bushes that I have not had the time to try out. It is fun to use and easy to use.

It's good but the design flaw (or individual flaw) is that it won't operate in any position but upright. Rotate your hand through a few degrees to cut a hard-to-get stem or branch and it stops.

Iā€™ve assembled and operated but no actual use yet. The machines are light and nicely ergonomic. I hope that theyā€™ll hold up well in a fairly demanding environment. I donā€™t see any directive for lubing the chain which seems a bit odd. I have ordered additional chains.
