My wife used this saw to trim some trees in the yard, and was very pleased with how easy it is to operate and the efficiency with which it made cuts. Only problem was that the blade guard got snagged and broke off at the attachment point (including where the screw goes), so there is now no place to attach the extra guard that came with it. Assuming that the absence of a blade guard (not ideal) does not result in any future injuries, this is a great saw!

This is strong tape and I am very happy with it. My only complaint is that it is thick and a little bulky. It has worked great so far. I mounted extension cords under my desk to get rid of unsightly wires and I mounted towel hooks on tile in my bathroom. Both have held tight and I have no reason to believe they won’t stay put.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easily I could get up from the kneeling position. That's a big win for me. I wish the cushion was a bit softer. I'll be using a small pillow for extra comfort, but otherwise, it's nice.

I watched the video several times and still wasn’t sure about which way the chain went on. It was confusing, too fast and too small. What helped is the picture on the card in the box. I used the saw for 15 minutes and the chain jumped off. I hope all goes well from now on, because I do like it. I am 85 by the way.

I emailed twice with a question. The responses showed that the emails were not read I still have the same question. With two batteries I have put on the charger for several hours each the green light has never come on yet the battery seems charged

Excellent tool for cutting limbs, branches etc. up to about 3” diameter. Sure beats using a saws all! Don’t forget to oil chain and bar on occasion.

I like how good the saw cuts. Even branches that are 4" wide are no problem. I am experiencing about 1 hour of cutting time, which I feel is adequate for this small package.

Been looking for a small chain saw for quite a while. This paticular one caught my eye. Haven't used it yet, but i am sure it will work fine. Haven't used it but it seems to be a quality product. Plan on using it to clear shooting lanes for my hunting stands. Perfect tool for hunters. Light weight, safer to use than a big chainsaw, when trimming.
