I’m sure the product is fine but it hasn’t been used yet because it is a Christmas gift. My one complaint is the packaging. It arrived completely crushed and the box it came in looked like trash. A poor look for a Christmas gift.

So far the chain saw is working well although time will tell how consistently it runs. It is small and lightweight and appears fragile so I’m using it for short intervals checking the tension on the chain periodically. The instructions on assembly could have been written better and I needed assistance from tech support.

Thanks for the opportunity to review. To be honest, I have not had a need to use it yet, but like your other tools, it seems solid, well made, and up to the job. I took one star off because at first, I thought you had sent me the wrong tool. Why? Because the illustration in the instructions looked nothing like the tool I had in my hand. Add to that, there is a reference to an included 'one half inch adapter,' which was nowhere to be found. A second battery would be a nice addition for the price....

It cut smaller branches well. I haven’t used it much yet so how it goes down the line we’ll find out. Putting it together was time consuming, holding the drill while getting the chain and guard on and everything tightened while securing the side nut.

It is a little tricky to put together. I do not like the access to the screw to adjust chain tension. All that aside, the unit is plenty powerful and cuts through branches easily. Very convenient not having to mess with extension cords.
