I absolutely love my Sweat Vest- (Reloaded Body Beast). I'm already sweating because I'm detoxing but this sweat vest is the best!! Of course drink ya water & it's best to detox before using. It will make a difference. In my opinion you'll have the feeling of a nice clean sweat vs. Feelin like yuck LOL

This is the 2nd waist trainer I bought, my first one became to big because I have dropping a lot of weight thanks to wearing my new shape wear... This is the best waist trainer I’ve ever purchased! I’ve bought so many that wouldn’t fit or were too uncomfortable! Word of advice- if you’re new to waist training, go with a comfy size first because the straps are adjustable. Then over time go down to a snug fit. This waist trainer goes the full length of your torso so it gives maximum coverage and compression! Buy it, it’s worth it!

I love that it covers your whole stomach and back area..and theres no rolling or bunching up..hold everything in while you workout..the cheap ones I've had in the past had bunched up around the my back and didn't cover the whole stomach so I would have to slide it up for my upper stomach then slide it down for my lower stomach so I basically have to do 2 workouts to take care of my whole stomach..with this it's one workout and I'm done

How it started vs. how it's going. Loving my results. I use my vest with each and every workout i do, even if it's a home workout. I started off with a 5x which is what i have on in both pics but it's definitely time to go down a size because I'm pulling the waist tighter and tighter for it to feel like it will stay in. 4x here i come.
