I’ve only had it for approximately a week and have worn it everyday for about 12 hours. I haven’t exercised in it yet because I need two more of these to switch out. I measured my arms prior to wearing and while wearing it there is a difference in the circumference. I’ll write another review after 3-6 months of wearing.

Received this quickly, couldn't wait to put it on and sweat this fat off. I ordered it based off the size chart and my measurements. Unfortunately it is too big for me with a lot of extra space in the back & shoulders also it's very noticeable. It still does the job, I start to sweat after 5 minutes of walking and leaving my shirt soaked at the end. I just wish it was true to size for me and fit tighter. Other than that it's a wonderful product.

I have never used a sweat belt or waist trainer before and I have found that the body beast helps with my posture when doing squats or lunges and also helps me with my breathing not to mention the sweat from my midriff. It does roll up on me but that's not the products fault just how my body is built.

I do really enjoy wearing this vest during my workouts. It does make you sweat. Hoping the results from wearing is not just water loss,but helps burn body fat. My vest is a bit loose in the upper part and wish it was a little more fitting as a large vs fitting like an XL. I believe a medium would have been best especially as I loss weight.
