My favorite right now. Go slow until you find your heat level but this stuff is so good. It's a nice warm heat that has amazing flavor. It complements flavors instead of overpowering them. My thing lately is to add this to a bottle of tabasco sauce to spice it up and make it a little more complex. Highly recommend you try this stuff.

I was disappointed in the honey. It has a consistency and taste much like a local honey I've purchased at a much lower price. The plastic container was also a surprise. If this honey is like "gold" or is the best kind of honey, it should be in a glass jar since all plastic containers leach into food products. I have been buying another Manuka honey that is certified at a lower price and comes in a glass jar at my local grocer.

Good Raw UMF +24 Manuka Honey Other Manuka Honey producers Heat the Honey to get in jar and do not even claim to be RAW. If not RAW then your honey is not worth buying. And if they heat the Honey and put Raw on the jar well that is just WRONG.
